Food Sensitivites

Food sensitivities may arise for a wide variety of reasons. Do you know the warning signs you may be suffering from a food intolerance? These signs may be different for every individual but its important to know the signs.

 

Low energy causing you to feel exhausted all the time, even though you are getting enough sleep. Food sensitivities have been associated with chronic fatigue syndrome.

 

You just don’t tolerate wheat products even though you’ve been tested for celiac disease it just doesn’t agree with you. And this is the reason more people are choosing a low gluten or even gluten free diet because they feel better. No more brain fog for one.

 

A lactose intolerance which is a natural sugar found in milk. Do you suffer with severe stomach aches after consuming a meal with too much dairy?

 

Stress related to needing the toilet if you go out to eat and the food you are eating doesn’t agree with you. You find yourself not eating because you fear an immediate digestive disorder like gas, bloating, abdominal pain and/or IBS.

 

Inflammation with symptoms like arthritis can be triggered by an immune system not functioning properly. Having too much acid from processed foods and sugar is the number one cause of inflammation.

 

A food intolerance can cause skin rashes and eczema associated with histamine and salicylate in your diet. Some signs of this is sinus inflammation, asthma, hives, 

 

90% of food allergies are associated with 8 particular food types.

Because I focus on digestion, having spent most of my life not knowing I had a lactose intolerance, I guide you to understand about more clearly what may be going on with your gut.
